Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Every item is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Our collection is housed in a protected storage location and only accessed when an order is placed. We personally collect each bag, inspect it, and package it with great care before shipping.

Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
Every Amati order is carefully packaged to protect your purchase during transit. Each item includes an independent Legit Grails Certificate of Authenticity. Original accessories such as a dust bag or box are included whenever stated in the product description.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Track & Trace information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
